When you select one of the payment options, you’ll be directed to a form where you’ll answer some questions to help us better understand your project. You’ll also schedule a meeting with us. After this meeting, we’ll send a proposal and a Stripe payment link. Once payment is received, we’ll automatically set up a subscription that renews on the same day each month. You can pause or cancel at any time.
After the 30-minute onboarding call, you’ll have access to your personal ClickUp dashboard, where you can view and manage ongoing projects. To submit a request, simply click on the “+” button in your dashboard and add the task to our list.

Our project management flow includes a straightforward way to request changes or revisions after a delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with the systems delivered (e.g., sales, hiring, onboarding), just leave a comment, and we’ll keep refining until you’re happy.
You can submit an unlimited number of requests. Most clients typically have 10-15 requests in the queue at any given time, with the dashboard acting as a task list. Our team works one-on-one on each task (prioritized by you), and average delivery time is 1-4 days per system. Once we’re done, we move to the next. This way, we often deliver over 10 systems per month, whereas an in-house team might deliver just one or two.
Most of our communication is asynchronous, via WhatsApp and ClickUp. Minimizing call time provides much more flexibility, allowing us to deliver more projects and higher-quality services. That said, we offer an optional weekly 45-minute consultation to discuss bottlenecks, prioritize, and track progress.
